My goal is to help you explore how your Family of Origin history shapes your current life. By processing the past, we can uncover how it influences your present and identify the roots of any destructive patterns in relationships. Together, we’ll work to recognize and reframe negative thought patterns that may be a result of trauma, shifting them toward a more positive or neutral perspective.
In our sessions, I draw on both my personal experiences and clinical expertise to support you in breaking free from negative cycles. Everyone has a unique story, and I would be honored to be part of yours, helping you move toward healing and meaningful positive change.

With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, from victims’ advocacy in the courts to public behavioral health, residential treatment centers, and inpatient hospitals. I’ve also worked in a correctional environment at the AZ State Prison, where I specialized in treating Narcissistic Personality Disorder and other severe mental health conditions. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation from Ottawa University and am a Licensed Associate Counselor.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are navigating complex trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions. My areas of specialty include relationship and family of origin trauma, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, identity exploration, and environmental stress. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt theory, art-based interventions, and experiential methods to help clients explore themselves in meaningful and non-intimidating ways.
